What data we process

Your email address (for sign-in and the daily job digest), search preferences (occupations, municipalities, employment type, salary, languages), any additional qualifications you enter, and the text of your CV. From the CV file we keep only the extracted text — the original file is deleted immediately after processing.

Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to find and score job ads that match you, to run the ATS analysis of your CV, and to generate CV tailoring suggestions. For those purposes, parts of the data are sent to the Anthropic Claude API (scoring) and SendGrid (email delivery). Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent given at registration (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while you have an account. After a subscription is canceled, CV data is automatically deleted after 30 days. You can delete your entire account with all data yourself in Settings — deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
